Lets not forget this too because there are sites out there that charge money to view them. Most don&#039;t but that is a valid business model as well.</description>

		<description>I finished listening to the podcast and agree with Jim&#039;s views for the most part.

A little common sense needs to be had on both sides of the argument though like that guy who goes around suing every blogger that uses his images w/o asking is too extreme IMO. Now if you object to having the images on there and request them to be taken down and in return get a negative response then that probably warrants additional steps.</description>
