David Nightingale
Episode 52 is out. In this episode, which marked our semi-successful attempt at broadcasting the recording live (more on this on an upcoming post), we started by discussing a couple of news coming out of Photokina 2010. The new Nikon D7000, some news from Sony, Canon G12 and the small Fuji Finepix X100.
David Nightingale (@chromasia) was kind enough to agree joining us on this episode and we explored his photographic work and career, as a photographer, author and teacher, starting from his initial postings on his photoblog, to establishing two companies fully dedicated to the photography industry.
David also discussed his three books (Baby Photography Now, Practical HDR and Extreme Exposure) and highlighted some of the process that led to publication.
There was still time to discuss the influence the internet, and more recently social media, had on his establishment as a renowned photographer.
A big thank you to David for his time and availability. It was a pleasure having a good conversations with such an inspiring person.
